Play Areas

One of Geko Landscape’s play area projects in Longhouton was recently voted, “The best play park we have ever been to.” by the pupils of Barndale School.

Instead of filling up our parks with prefabricated swings and roundabouts we prefer to use our imaginations - and to tap into the imaginations of those people we design for: children.

Recent requests for a play area in Northumberland included the creation of white water rapids, complete with sharks and piranha, and the building of a solar powered lift to operate within an old hollowed out tree.

With imaginations like this to stimulate we take the time to listen to our clients before we put pen to paper with any design and are proud to have an ‘excavated ancient riverbed’ and an ‘underground slide’ in our portfolio of creations!
